Listed below are the Art Requirements and Guidelines for Kola’s LLC. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Art work Specifications
Vector artwork created in such programs as Illustrator, Freehand, or CorelDraw is preferred and highly suggested. Please save your vector files as .eps, .pdf, or .ai files. Also make sure to convert all the text into outlines. If you are working in CorelDraw please export/save as a .pdf with all type converted to outlines, curves or paths.
Also accepted are .jpeg or .tiff files , to size or larger at 300 – 600 dpi.
Camera-ready art submitted should be to size or larger, color separated, and not requiring any touch up. All artwork charges are $50.00 per hour with a $10.00 minimum. If typesetting is to be needed, we will try to match fonts as close as possible, but cannot guarantee exact matches.

ON DISK: We can accept artwork on 3.5″ floppy disk, CD, or Zip 100MB. Please refer to the formatting requirements noted above.
ON PAPER: Artwork must be printed from a high resolution printer. Crisp & clean edges are a must for quality printing. We will contact you if the artwork is not up to standards. If poor quality artwork is submitted and approved, we will not be responsible for illegible prints or choppy edges.
PMS color matches are available for a $10.00 charge per color, an exact color match is NOT guaranteed. Colors may vary from samples, original order and re-orders.
Please specify all art positions and sizes on the purchase order. If there are discrepancies, we will size and place the art to our specifications. You will receive a paper proof, for your signature, before production.
All artwork to be used in the production of your product will be e-mailed to you on an approval form, with item, quantity and ink color(s). These proofs are your final look at artwork before entering production, and MUST be approved and e-mailed or faxed back in a timely manner. If you have changes to the artwork, please specify on the proof and fax back. Extra time spent on changes to the artwork may result in art charges (see Artwork charges). Your signed approval is our authorization for processing and is considered FINAL for invoice purposes.
